Taken on a very frosty winters morning during sunrise, this structure sits on the banks of the River Forth, east of Stirling, is a rail mounted crane on the Admiralty pier, where munitions would be loaded from the local factory on to puffers which would carry them along the river Forth and out to sea, where they supplied the British fleet during WW1
